Establishing an effective Privacy Policy, designed to protect your information and provide you with choices on how you would like your information managed, is an important part of our relationship with you.

Privacy Notice

Our Privacy Notice explains the type of information we may collect from you, the situations in which we may share information about you, and what you can do to limit the sharing of information.

Online Privacy Practices
FlexiPay, our affiliates and subsidiaries value your trust and respect your expectation of privacy. As such, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.

This document outlines our privacy practices for visitors to this website and users of our products and services, regardless of the application used for access.

Visitors to this Website

As a visitor to this website, you remain anonymous, unless you are registered to use the website's services or otherwise choose to disclose your identity to us. Although we do not collect personal information that identifies people who simply visit this site, we may collect certain limited information about our visitors, such as their IP address (a numeric address assigned automatically to computers and mobile devices when they access the Internet).

We may place "cookies" on a computer or other device type to track a visitor's use of this site. A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on your hard drive. It takes up very little room on your system and helps us to customize our site and make its navigation easier for you. You can set your web browser to inform you when cookies are placed on your computer or to prevent them from being placed. However, if you choose to prevent cookies from being placed, some of the website functions may not work properly on your computer or mobile device.

Unless you are registered to use the services on this website, the cookies do not provide us with any personally identifying information about you, such as your name, address or login information.

We may use web analytics tools to collect anonymous information about pages visited, links that are clicked, and other information about the use of our website. We may use this information in aggregate to better understand site activity, and to improve our services.
Web Browser 'Do Not Track' Signals.

We do not respond to Web browser 'do not track' signals at this time because we do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information of visitors to our website to track their online activities.
Social Media

When you engage with FlexiPay on our official social media pages, you make certain information from your social media profile, postings, interactions, etc. available to FlexiPay and other participants in these platforms. Any information you share or interaction you may have while participating is subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those sites.

We may use third parties to provide services on our behalf, such as website analytics, hosting of microsites, or social media moderation services. These third parties are contractually obligated to comply with FlexiPay privacy and security standards and are limited in their use of any information collected on our behalf.

We receive and may store any information you enter on our websites or provide through our mobile applications. For example, we collect information from you when you create an account, place an order or use any of our services. The information we collect from you includes things like:

         Your name

         Your phone number

         Your e-mail address

         Your Location

We may also collect information from or about you from other sources, such as through your contact with us, including our customer support team, your results when you respond to surveys, your interactions with members of FlexiPay or our affiliate companies (subject to their privacy policies and applicable law), and from other accounts we have reason to believe you control (whether in part or in whole).

Additionally, for quality and training purposes or for our own protection, FlexiPay may monitor or record any communications with you or anyone acting on your behalf.

When you access FlexiPay Webpages, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends to us. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

When you use FlexiPay to conduct a transaction, we collect information about each transaction, including but not limited to the transaction amount, payment recipient name and contact details where applicable.

Data Integrity

We process personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services or as otherwise permitted under this Policy. We take appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical and technical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. For example, your email address will always be stored in an encrypted form (except when you provide it to us in a communication outside of our web page or mobile app interface). The security of your account also depends on keeping your account password confidential, and you should not share your account name or password with anyone. If you do share your account information with a third party, they will have access to your account and your personal information.

We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to:

a) Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request,

b) Enforce applicable Terms of Service including investigation of potential violations thereof,

c) Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

If FlexiPay or its subsidiaries become involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
