The information we may collect includes those from your Application settings, Contact information, Location, Camera, Phonebook Contact Lists (including during account registration) (sometimes during account registration), Photos, and Biometrics.
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information and strive to use commercially and legally acceptable means of protecting the information. However, protecting your own device is essential. You understand you must protect or lock your mobile device to protect against unauthorized use of the Flexipay Mobile Application.
We may also share non-personal information, such as user statistics (e.g., number of downloads and registrations, most popular merchants), demographic information, and usage information, with third parties for marketing or analytical purposes.
We do not share your personal information with advertising networks, carriers, consumer data resellers, or data analytics providers other than independent collection by those third parties described above, operating systems and platforms, other applications, or social networks.

privacy and security standards and are limited in their use of any information

through our mobile applications. For example, we collect information from you

transaction amount, payment recipient name and contact details where

outside of FlexiPay. If you are making a purchase
with FlexiPay, we will not share any of the personal

limited circumstances described below.

individuals outside of FlexiPay in the following

1 As necessary to process your FlexiPay & banking transactions and maintain your
account. As with any financial institution, if you process a transaction
through our service, we need to share some information (for example, your
business and account number) with our partner banks and the Bank of Ghana. Some
sellers may require that their buyers provide a contact information (for
example, a telephone number) in order to process a transaction. In those cases,
the merchant will specifically request that information from you from their
website before or after your FlexiPay transaction.

To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues,
By
registering for our services, we have your consent to use your personal
information whilst trying to address fraud, security or technical issues.
We
may provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other
trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal
information on our behalf.

require that these parties agree to process such information based on our
instructions and in compliance with this Policy and any other appropriate
